All our jewellery, keepsakes and gifts are made with the utmost care and respect, you can rest assured that any inclusion we do not use will be returned to you along with your order and any inclusions we may have already mixed with resin will be made into a free heart pocket stone you can keep in your bag or purse.

***For all Jewellery orders that you wish to have in time for christmas need to be placed by no later than 27th october 2025 and all inclusions received by Monday 3rd November to be Guaranteed in time for Christmas any order place after this date will not be Guaranteed for Christmas.*** 

***For all Bear orders that you wish to have in time for christmas need to be placed by no later than 12th october 2025 and all clothing received by 17th October to be Guaranteed in time for Christmas any order place after this date will not be Guaranteed for Christmas and will be completed in the new year.*** I may have to close orders early for bears depending on demand so please order early to avoid disappointment.
